Project definition

ViCre starts with mapping the project.

The customer identifies all relevant elements that will be used as a point of departure.
The critical success factors explain which pre-conditions are necessary for the success of the project.
The objective describes the added value that the project is intended to bring.
The approach gives an overview of the steps that need to be taken, respective in and output, competencies and time required.
The budget indicates the resources allocated to the project.

Knowledge model

The ViCre approach makes use of a knowledge model that is composed of 9 objectives that cover the total enterprise environment. It's a framework used to structure the whole project.
The knowledge model is further refined and supplemented during the process. Ultimately, it will result in a documented and solidly founded approach.

The 9 elements are as follows:

• your (internal) customers
• your added value (product and service)
• your external communication
• your sales process (client value chain)
• your internal communication
• your time management (allocation of all resources)
• your measuring system (key performance indicators
• your suppliers (internal and external sales-supporting services)
• your team

Methodology

ViCre uses mostly interactive workshops and individual coaching to help you evolve towards your goals. With respect for the basic rules of change management, this ensures that the outcome has lasting effect.

ViCre's method follows five stages to make a change process successful:
1. Awareness-raising. Understanding why change is necessary.
2. Accepting. Accepting that change will have consequences for a person or a division.
3. Knowledge. Knowing what to do differently.
4. Adopting new techniques.
5. Acting. Adjusting and improving the newly learned skills.
